Lynn Reyes is an alcohol and other drug specialist at CAPS. She has worked in hospitals, mental health outpatient clinics and a domestic violence program.

Degree & License

Lynn Reyes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor.

Role at CAPS

Lynn provides individual counseling to students with substance-related or co-occurring issues, in addition to general counseling and triage. She also works on substance-related grant-funded activities to provide services to UA students including co-coordinating a collegiate recovery program.  Some of her grant work includes adapting and implementing brief interventions such as BASICS (Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students), a 2 session model to provide personalized feedback to students regarding their alcohol or marijuana use.
