Frequently Asked Questions

Services at Campus Health

Give us a call at 520-621-9202 and we will get you started. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

  • Medical Appointments: Arrival more than 5 minutes late could result in delays or rescheduling. 
  • CAPS Appointments: Arrival 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment is required to avoid delays or rescheduling.

If you need to cancel your appointment , please do so before 4pm the day before your appointment to avoid no-show fees. You can cancel your appointment with PatientLink or by phone.

  • To cancel a CAPS appointment, call  (520) 621-3334 

NOTE: If you do not cancel within the designated times or you miss your appointment, a fee will be automatically billed to your account.

You can access your Campus Health account and appointment information through Patient Link.

Confidentiality/Privacy

Eligible students can bill charges at Campus Health to their Bursar's account.

All charges at Campus Health, including CAPS visits, lab testing, medical appointments, etc. show up as "Student Health Charge" on your Bursar bill. If anyone calls asking what you were seen for (and you are 18+), we cannot tell them unless you have specifically given permission for us to do so.

Note: If you have used your parent/guardian's insurance, they could potentially find out the nature of your appointment through the insurance company's Explanation of Benefits statement.

 

Fees & Insurance

There are costs associated with some services at Campus Health. We accept some major health insurance plans, but you don't need health insurance to use Campus Health. We are committed to serving the mental health needs of every University of Arizona student. We offer a student discounted rate as an option for all students.
