Joel Gaffney, Ph.D
About Joel Gaffney
I joined CAPS in Fall, 2018 when I moved from O`ahu. There, I was working at the University of Hawai'I at Manoa Counseling and Student Development Center for four years before moving to Tucson. I have worked within three different university counseling centers as a clinician. I am grateful to be able to work with U of A students as a part of the Wildcat Community!
