Debra earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and a Masters in Counseling degree from the University of Phoenix. She is a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor and a Certified Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner.

Role at CAPS

Debra offers counseling services at CAPS. In addition to her counseling role, Debra developed and maintains the Parents Matter program and is the Outreach Coordinator for CAPS.
