COVID-19 Coverage Information
The COVID-19 vaccine and its administration is covered by Aetna at no cost to you. In Pima County, those 16 and older will be able to register for a vaccination appointment at state sites, including the UArizona POD, beginning 3/24/21. Go to podvaccine.azdhs.gov or calling the bilingual COVID-19 Vaccine Navigation Help Desk at 1-844-542-8201. For students outside Tucson or Arizona, please check your local health department for eligibility and appointment registration. Your insurance ID card might be required and can be accessed here.
Insurance ID Cards
ID cards can be printed 1 week prior to the effective date of coverage, in most cases, at the www.aetnastudenthealth.com website by following this Print ID Guide. If an error message appears, and you verified your enrollment through UAccess, try again in 5-7 days. ID cards will not be mailed, unless requested. To request an ID card to be mailed, please call Customer Service at (866) 376-7450.

Here you can view and print your ID card, view Explanation of Benefits, find participating providers and much more. Visit www.aetnastudenthealth.com for additional services, discounts and programs.
