The Student Health Insurance Plan offers a Gender Affirming Treatment benefit to plan enrollees. This benefit is available at all three State of Arizona universities and was passed due to advocacy efforts originating at the UA.
The Gender Affirming Treatment benefit affords members critical access to medically necessary, gender-confirming health care. This access to care is a crucial element to the health, academic success, and retention of transgender-identified students.
The Arizona Board of Regents Student Health Insurance Plan is administered by UnitedHealthcare StudentResources (UHCSR).
HOW TO USE THIS BENEFIT
