Professional Experience/Role

Amy provides health and wellness outreach and education to the University community. She is a proud UA Alumni with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Translation/Interpretation and a Public Health minor. She also has experience with project management, clinical research, and patient care.

Amy specializes in alcohol and other drugs (AOD), with a strong focus on prevention, early intervention, and harm reduction. She is committed to delivering evidence-informed education, reducing stigma, and equipping students with practical tools to make informed decisions. Through outreach, workshops, and individualized support, Amy works to strengthen protective factors, minimize risk, and promote a safer, healthier campus community, while also supporting students’ overall health and wellness.
