Helping your provider spend more time with you.
We're constantly looking for ways to improve our services and provide you with quality and compassionate care. With AI-assisted documentation, your provider can spend less time taking notes and more time focused on you, helping create a more present, personal, and student-centered experience.
During your visit at Campus Health, your provider may use an AI documentation tool to help create notes from your visit. The tool listens during your appointment only with your permission, and it may be used afterward to help your provider with their notes.

Your provider is always in charge.
AI does not diagnose, make treatment decisions, or replace your provider's medical judgment.
Your privacy is protected.
The AI tool is part of our secure electronic health record system. Your information is not shared with public AI tools, sold, or used to train AI models.
Your provider reviews every note.
AI can make mistakes. Your provider reviews, edits, and approves your chart before it becomes part of your medical record.
It's your choice.
If you prefer that AI audio transcription of your conversation with your provider not be used during your visit, simply let your provider know. Opting out will not affect the care you receive.
