Get Your COVID-19 Vaccine

All University students, benefits-eligible employees, and designated campus colleagues (DCC's) can be vaccinated at Campus Health.

Note: DCC's are not eligible for additional services at Campus Health. Non-affiliated family members of employees are not eligible to receive their vaccine at Campus Health

Most health insurance plans may cover the cost of the Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 Vaccine (2024-2025 Formula) at no cost to you; verify with your insurance. 

Campus Health is one of many locations to receive your COVID-19 vaccination. If you're In Tucson, you can receive your vaccine at several locations across Pima County. If you're outside of Tucson, check Vaccines.gov for availability in your area.

Vaccine Offered

We offer the Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 Vaccine (2024-2025 Formula) for eligible students and employees.  

COVID-19 Vaccine Guidance

New vaccines are designed to target COVID-19 variants currently circulating in the community and are recommended for everyone 6 months of age and older.

  • Those who have never received a COVID-19 Vaccine should receive one vaccine now. 
  • Those previously vaccinated with a Bivalent COVID-19 Vaccine recently should wait 8 weeks or 2 months until receiving this newest vaccine. 
  • Those with immunosuppression may receive one dose of the newest COVID-19 Vaccine at least 8 weeks or 2 months from their last COVID-19 Vaccine
  • Those recently testing positive for COVID-19 previous symptoms of COVID-19 should wait 3 months until receiving the newest COVID-19 Vaccine

Lost Your Vaccine Card?

All COVID-19 vaccines received within the State of Arizona are recorded with the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS).  If you need documentation of having received a COVID-19 vaccine, please visit AZDHS MYIR Account to access your Arizona State vaccination records. The MYIR Account account is used to create a QR Code of COVID vaccination history.   

  • To replace your white CDC COVID-19 Record Card, please call 520-621-8057 and leave a detailed message for the COVID-19 nurse.  
  • If you received a COVID-19 vaccine outside of the State of Arizona, please contact the health department in the state you were vaccinated for documentation of the vaccine. 
  • If you need further assistance with COVID-19-related questions, please call 520-621-8057 and leave a detailed message for the COVID-19 nurse.
