- Available to students who arrive to the US before August 2nd.

- 2-Week Coverage Period: August 2, 2024 – August 15, 2024
- Available to students who arrive to the US on or after August 2nd.
- Deadline to Enroll: 08/02/24
Spring 2025 Early Arrival Application
- 4-Week Coverage Period: December 4, 2024 – December 31, 2024
- Available to students who arrive to the US before December 18th.
- Deadline to Enroll: 12/04/24
- 2-Week Coverage Period: December 18, 2024 – December 31, 2024
- Available to students who arrive to the US on or after December 18th.
- Deadline to Enroll: 12/18/24
