Campus Health at the University of Arizona provides Mental Health First Aid Training for Higher Education at no cost to you or your department*.

*Mental Health First Aid is valued at $175 per participant.
Training Details
Those interested in becoming trained in Mental Health First Aid must complete both a self-paced course and an instructor led course.
Self Paced Coursework
Individuals who wish to participate must commit to two hours of self-paced coursework provided through a learning management system online.
Instructor-led Course
After completing the self-paced coursework online, individuals will attend seven hours of instructor-led training. This will occur either in-person or online synchronously with two instructors
