Campus Health COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
Campus Health is one of many locations to receive your COVID-19 vaccination. If you’re in Tucson, you can receive your vaccine at several locations across Pima County. If you’re outside of Tucson, check VaccineFinder for availability in your area.

All University students, benefits-eligible employees, and designated campus colleagues (DCC's) can be vaccinated at Campus Health.
Note: DCC's are not eligible for additional services at Campus Health. Non-affiliated family members of employees are not eligible to receive their vaccine at Campus Health.

Vaccine Clinic Hours
Our vaccine clinic is held from 9am-12:45pm on the following days for students, employees, and DCCs:
- Fridays
Vaccine Offered
Pfizer and Moderna:
- Dose #1
- Dose #2
- Booster doses
You may receive one booster dose if:
- You are 18+ AND received an initial Pfizer or Moderna series at least 5+ months prior.
- You are 18+ AND received 1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine at least 2+ months prior.
- You are 18+ AND completed a COVID-19 vaccine primary series with vaccines that are WHO EUL-listed at least 6+ months prior (you are eligible to receive a Pfizer booster dose).

You may receive a 2nd booster dose if:
- You are 50+ AND received a Pfizer or Moderna injection at least 4+ months prior.
- You are immunocompromised AND received a Pfizer or Moderna injection at least 4+ months prior.

Note: If you were vaccinated abroad with a non-WHO EUL-listed vaccine, current recommendations are to start a new vaccine series with an FDA-approved vaccine at least 4 weeks after your last dose.

- Please bring your vaccination card with you to your appointment.
- All appointments are located at Campus Health, 1224 E Lowell St.

Lost Your Vaccine Card?
(If received in Arizona)
- If you received your COVID-19 vaccine anywhere in Arizona, you can instantly print an official copy from the ADHS website link to MyIR.
- If you need a signed copy, you can get that by filling out this ADHS Immunization Application.
Traveling?
- You can create a QR code of your COVID Vaccine card.
- Some countries require proof of vaccination prior to arrival (this depends on the country)

Students & Employees: Upload Your COVID-19 Vaccine Documentation
Uploading your vaccine document will help the University keep track of our progress toward campus immunity and keeps your COVID-19 vaccination card secure as part of your medical record.
