Campus Health lead sends a TEST text message/SMS UAlert to all Campus Health staff.
Once a staff member receives the text, they should reply ASAP with a text to their supervisor.
The supervisor then will respond to each staff member, confirming that their text was received.
If a supervisor does not receive a response from a staff member after 1 hour, the supervisor should text or call the employee and leave a message, if necessary.
At that time (1 hour) or before, the supervisor should contact their up-line supervisor to relay the number of responses received (e.g. I got 6/8 responses back, left messages for 2 staff who did not respond yet).
