Unless otherwise noted, all events are located in the Health Promotion Hideaway (1st floor of the Bear Down Building). 

Monday, March 23

11 am - 1 pm: Chats with Cats 
Stop by to play with kittens and reduce your stress. 

1-2 pm: Grad Student Workshop: Navigating Difficult Conversations 
Register for Zoom Workshop Here 
Difficult conversations happen in graduate school, and they can feel overwhelming. Join Campus Health on Zoom for a workshop focused on navigating these conversations using clear communication, empathy, and boundary setting.

2-4pm Pawse for Pets & Gratitude Cards
Drop-in to visit with Golden Retriever, Grace, and create a gratitude card for someone you appreciate. 
 

Tuesday, March 24

5-7pm Highland Hangout
Visit the Highland Bowl for outdoor fun and snacks!

6-8pm Craft Night
Drop in the Hideaway for DIY Wellness Crafts like soap and candle making with the WellCat Ambassadors.
 

 

Wednesday, March 25

10am-12:30pm Spring into Self-Care Fair | UA Mall
Build your own bouquet learn self-care strategies, make-and-take self-care supplies, and learn about Campus Health student groups!  

12-1pm: Burnout and Building Your Healthy Brain
Learn skills to identify and overcome burnout. 

2-4 pm: Craft & Chat
Drop-in to paint, craft, color and more! Bring your own project or use the provided art supplies.

6-8pm: Game & Music Night
Drop into the Hideaway for board games, improv games, music, and snacks! 
 

 

Thursday, March 26

11am - 12:30pm: Virtual QPR Suicide Prevention Workshop
Register for Zoom QPR Workshop here
Learn to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to talk with someone you are concerned about, connect those in need with resources, and potentially save a life.

6-8pm Cozy Crochet Night
Bring your own project or start a new crochet project while learning stress management techniques.
