Yoga to Improve Your Sleep Workshop

Teach your body how to get better sleep.

College has so many demands on your time. Giving your body a rest will allow it to prepare for the next day. Sleep is like giving your body a mini-vacation! Learn poses and strategies to sleep. Bring your mat, blanket, hoodie or eye mask.


Fall 2019 Workshop Information:

When: Mondays 6 pm to 7:15 pm 10/7, 10/14, 10/21 and 10/28/19. You may request to be referred to join the workshop at any time.

Where: CAPS, North District

Cost: $10 each session (4 sessions x $10 = $40) You can sign up for as many sessions as you like. 

How to join: Pre-registration is required to accommodate 5-6 students per session. You can speak with your CAPS provider or a CAPS triage counselor about whether this workshop is right for you.
