Understanding Self & Others

See your relationships in a whole new light.

Understanding self and others (USO) is a therapy group centered on how we relate to each other. Group members are offered a safe place to practice new ways of connecting with others as they learn new ways to view themselves through feedback and group support. They can also address fears, problems, or patterns that can get in the way of fulfilling relationships within a supportive and safe environment facilitated by two trained mental health professionals. Through the process of connecting with other people in this format, members often find they can navigate relationships with more satisfaction, leading to more fulfillment in their lives!
