Administrative Associate

Terry started in Campus Health Service on March 14, 2016.  Terry provides administrative support to the Interim Executive Director and to the Administrative Associate.  Terry assists with scheduling the Highland Commons conference rooms, prepares and updates lists regarding CHS committees for the academic year – includes membership lists, meeting schedules and securing meeting locations. Terry prepares and maintains the CHS Organizational Chart, takes meeting minutes for the Management Team, Administrative Supervisors, Combined Supervisors meetings and other meetings as needed. Terry assists with organization and facility licensure applications and accreditation related paperwork.
