Mental Health Mastermind
Stay on track with your goals and feel like your best self with the support of other Wildcats in the CAPS MH Mastermind. MH Mastermind is a hands-on 12-week group covering evidence-based tools for improving motivation, confidence, and overall well-being. Each session comes with a fillable mini-workbook.
MH Mastermind is available as a grad student group and all-student group.
Participate on Your Own or With the Group
You can access MH Mastermind materials on your own (see below!) to use as part of your own self-help program or attend the group to discuss and practice the tools more in-depth with the group facilitator and other students.
The group component is recommended, but not required. To work through the mastermind on your own, scroll down to the MH Mastermind curriculum and materials below.
To join the group, ask your current CAPS provider how to join. Never been to CAPS? Complete a Triage Visit to get started, and request to join MH Mastermind.
