Free drop-in guided meditation Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30, beginning 8/25. Meditation class meets for 20-30 minutes via Zoom.

Center for Compassion Studies Cognitively Based Compassion Training, Sustainable Compassion Training & regularly scheduled meditation events during the academic year.

Meditation Cats A student club that meets to explore the world's contemplative practices and spiritual traditions. They foster a deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them, growing in compassion.

Mindful Ambassadors A group of student volunteers, working in a program of the CAPS department of Campus Health, who receive ongoing training in select mindful practices, who go to various venues on campus to present brief Mindful Moments – classrooms, residences halls, sorority and fraternity houses, campus clubs and organizations, and other campus events.
