Do you fear being judged by others, making mistakes, or doing something embarrassing in social or performance situations?
Do you worry that others will notice your anxiety?
If so, you may be experiencing social anxiety.
Social anxiety often leads to avoidance of social situations which can make our lives less satisfying and a lot more lonely.
Build Your Social Confidence is a 6-week group to help students learn and practice new skills in a small, supportive environment to increase confidence and improve performance in social situations. In the group, we'll discuss what social anxiety is and how it works while practicing proven strategies to overcome the limitations of social anxiety in a fun and engaging manner.
