Attention Management Program (AMP)

Thrive with ADHD.

Struggling to manage an Adult ADHD diagnosis in college? This group's for you.

AMP is a 4-session program about managing the unique symptoms of Adult ADHD. AMP will incorporate mindfulness-based strategies, CBT, and other behavioral tools to help you improve your attention capacity and productivity. This workshop is designed to complement ongoing medication treatment or to stand alone if you're not using medicines to manage ADHD.

(Note: If you suspect you may have ADHD but have not been diagnosed, contact CAPS first to determine if this is the best fit).
